Frybaby Fish Cooker

This is the best fish fryer you can own. It is made of heavy gauge steel so that you can pass it along to your children if you like. You can completely disassemble it without tools for cleaning or portability.

Never stop cooking with the drain rack mounted above the pan. Unlike other cookers, you do not fry in the basket, it is for draining the food. If you cook in a basket like most other cookers on the market, you have to wait for the food to drain, pour the food out of the basket, and then you can start cooking again. Our cooker is designed so that you can cook varying sizes of food (fillets, nuggets, and whole fish) all at the same time. Take what is done out of the oil and put it in the drain rack, the oil will drain back into the pan while you continue to cook the rest.

The heavy steel pan holds a constant temperature much better than an aluminum pot or stainless. Also because of the pan design, you only need 2 gallons of oil, 2.5 max, to cook a mess of food. When you are through cooking store the basket upside down in the oil and put the lid on. There are no holes in the lid for bugs to crawl through so the oil will stay clean until next time. Don’t eat too much!
